  • When available, we review the purchase context and any receipts and packaging to confirm they are consistent with the item and the brand.

Receive your definitive verdict & certificate

Within 24 hours of receiving your request, we issue a secure PDF certificate in your account and by email. It records the item details, the verdict, the date of issue and a unique certificate ID.

Each certificate includes a QR code linking to our live database. Anyone you share it with can confirm in seconds that the document is genuine and that the verdict has not been altered.

We issue one of three verdicts for every request: AUTHENTIC, NOT AUTHENTIC or INCONCLUSIVE when the photo evidence does not allow a safe decision.

No. The service is 100% remote and based on photos.

Can one certificate cover multiple items? expand_more

No. Each certificate corresponds to one specific item with its own unique ID, characteristics and verdict.

What kind of photos do you need, and do I need a professional camera? expand_more

You don’t need professional equipment. Clear, high-resolution smartphone photos in neutral lighting are usually sufficient. During the request, the portal tells you exactly which angles and close-ups to take (overall views, markings, hardware, serial/date codes, interior, etc.).

What if my photos are still not good enough? expand_more

We pause the review and ask for additional angles or clearer photos. We do not issue a verdict until we have sufficient visual evidence.

How long does it take? expand_more

Most certificates are issued within 24 hours after we receive complete photos and information for the item.

What happens if the verdict is inconclusive? expand_more

“Inconclusive” is used rarely and only when the photo evidence does not allow a safe decision. In this case, no certificate is issued and you are refunded in full.
